Classic pyramid scheme, the people who profit off this should be ashamed of themselves. No lookout for staff welfare, must pay for own products and profit is made by recruiting other people, mostly vulnerable women. We were once told to recruit someone who's husband had just died since they are likely to "need the income" when in reality we would've been pushing her down a deep, bottomless pit. Shameful.
