SHO is renovating and expanding its residences and services for very low income residents; we have a new culture and benefits that reward mission-centered employees; new services are on the horizon and employee satisfaction is rising fast.
Cons
All employers are struggling to find more staff in this low-unemployment environment, and SHO is no exception. We need more dedicated folks to help us serve our very deserving residents! We are not perfect, but our culture, benefits and wages have changed drastically over the past 30 months.
