This company is possibly the worst life insurance company on the planet! From the staff, poor quality leads, outdated agent system, terrible contracts, no one knows what is going on, processes that make absolutely no sense, incompetence, no return phone calls, Monday phone conferences repeating the SAME thing every Monday, no one taking responsibility for their own mistake, poor organization, no one capable of explaining anything only providing excuses....I can go on for days! Just terrible, and the longer you stay the worst off you will be. The turnover rate for this company has got to be the highest in the industry. It is the only company that I know of that collective agents despise. Do some research and you will see. It's hard to find a company that is terrible straight across the board in ALL areas. They fail miserably.
