Pros

Senitor Associates, Wilmslow. I spent 6 extremely enjoyable years working hard, learning, having fun and making friends, great people who I can still call friends to this to this day. It really is a true work hard / play hard culture; exactly like it should be at any well-run recruitment company but you’ve got to be prepared to work hard in the first place to make sure that you fit in well and throw yourself into the work from Day 1. You'll always be treated fairly by the people in charge at Senitor, everyone starts out given the same opportunity to embrace what is going on, if you are confident, hard-working, fun-loving and ambitious, you'll do well, anything less than that, you'll probably end up writing a negative report on here ( and the next recruitment company you work for if you decide to stay in the industry!).

Cons

It can be long hours, you need to be prepared for that and they set the bar high, the quality of your work must be exemplary and if you dont like that, you'll be under pressure daily to improve and I've seen people struggle to get to the levels which are required.

Pros

I enjoyed working at Senitor for the most part. People are nice and they take on people who have no experience in recruitment. Good commission structure and a genuine opportunity to make good money. If you want to get into recruitment it’s a good place to do it.

Cons

The directors have been out of the game for too long, they’re old fashioned and not ready to make the changes to keep up with the rest of the industry. By thinking you just “need a yellow pages and a phone” they are shooting themselves in the foot and can’t compete with better agencies out there. Genuinely enjoyed working there but I’d recommend starting at Senitor and going somewhere better once you’ve had decent billings and made some good money. Zero work from home and no trust of employees, fine if you’ve just started but after a few years gets pretty tiresome.
