Hello I joined Sensegrass a year ago as Senior General Manager at a C Level position to lead global market, I found hiring process very straightforward and transparent, Small company with around 20 people working from different part of the world make this company unique, very chill and cool work experience, Highly focused on KPIs and OKR, If you work you will grow till Founding member if you dont you will leave, a very automated and self appraisal method used by Sensegrass. I work directly with CEO, He is visionary and extra ordinary in terms of thinking, and leading this, Cool, Calm and chill but sharp like a knife to make sure company growing. I got one promotion during my tenure as well.
