- Early days were ambitious and full of potential - A lot of great colleagues
Cons
- Most of the good people, especially senior engineers and PMs, have left - there was a large exodus end of last year/throughout this year after the key leaders (CTO, CFO, head of product, head of marketing, head of people) left. I understand head of sales and channel has also just left as well. - Lack of commercial success because unwilling to focus on building/selling what it could actually compete with in the market (as opposed a very broad offering putting it in competition with multiple very well established incumbents). Didn't pivot when it should have - Culture soured over the last couple of years - Dishonest approach to equity - not a fair way to treat employees
