Pros

Friendly environment on the sales floor. Pay is great.... but is comes at a price. If you make too much $, they will fire you.

Cons

Leadership lies about leads and makes up own #'s to belittle you with. CEO has fired people for no reason even while they were hitting quota. All phone calls are routed to the most Sr rep even thought there are established sales territories. CEO will verbally attack you while in 1:1 meetings and let you go for no reason.

I would like to correct the several wrong or misleading statements made here: 1. I agree that we pay well. That is because I believe that people are a company’s key asset and that attracting top talent benefits the company beyond the additional cost of paying above market. 2. Our culture is built around having fun and a high standard of performance. We do our best to select for that in our hiring process, but not everyone ends up being a great fit. 3. Our culture is also built around transparency and honesty. We are very open with numbers across the company and they are generated based on our best data, not “made up”. 4. Our sales meetings and 1:1 meetings are designed and run with goals of learning, transparency, and taking responsibility for one’s performance. 5. We encourage a direct, open and honest communication within our team. Vague, anonymous postings to social media are not an effective way to contribute to or influence the company or to get ideas and feedback put into action. 6. Re: “Advice to Management” – you are always welcome to contact me directly with your feedback. David Gaw, CEO Sensera Systems

Pros

Having a hybrid working situation has been great. Working in the office 2 days a week, and 3 days at home really helps with time management. You still get the small office feeling, and connection with team members, but you can keep your head down the 3 days a week and get work done. The atmosphere has been wonderful and it feels like home.

Cons

I have no cons when it comes to this company.

Pros

Real opportunity to make real money, opportunity to grow as a sales person, sharp coworkers, fun selling environment, growing brand recognition, flexible on working hours.

Cons

Sales leadership style is outdated - "punishment mentality" vs "teaching mentality", executive alignment is off, misleading expectations around quota - and how one is expected to hit quota, office is outdated - although it was newly renovated, sales is expected to wear multiple hats - customer success, finance, selling, and product fit is lagging against competition.
