Hi Thank you for your review and taking the time . Im glad you have a good experience of your colleagues and we do try to get a work life balance as best we can . Your observation about Post doctoral research is interesting . Id agree we are not an academic institution but we are a business that is trying to make a dent in the Healthcare Universe which means we are doing some leading edge stuff . Where we can ,we do want our colleagues to publish and we have some examples of that . I think that opportunity will grow as our business grows in 21 onwards - good luck
