Pros
Initially had management to work with not only on guiding my work on betterment of communication skills and being concise in my presentation skills. A good managed services provider to break into new software, new IT techniques and working on independent projects. Employees are encouraged and paid for to engage in certifications and trainings needed to work on tougher tasks or projects.
Cons
Recent changes have led the company to go from software and process agnostic to becoming guided on the need to grow revenue via reselling software, causing our scope of support to shrink over time. New management has deemed it to be more prudent for the company to maximize client portfolio size and volume over quality of engagements with customers or scope of support - if the client isn't Google Workspace oriented, generally the client had worse experience.
