Pros
Variety of locations to work at, hospitals to offices to home care. Growth of company is growing for different geographical locations as well.
Cons
Low pay, lack of advancement opportunities, inconsistent policies, no maternity leave, horrible recruitment department. Pay and bonuses should not correlate, yet the more you make yearly the more bonus received. Front line employees should receive a higher percentage then leadership.
