Pros

- Very fun company culture (not the best place for someone who's looking for happy hours, parties, and meet cool people) - Most employees are very young and company outings are always a great time - Solid work/life balance

Cons

- Most tenured employees are leaving or have left - Very poor management, senior leadership lives in a bubble of its own (they do not listen to employees and are involved in whatever they feel like getting involved in) - Lack of communication across teams, very poor processes - Growth and opportunities are mostly political rather than merit - Below market pay & benefits - Company & product overpromise and underdeliver (company not going anywhere until some serious changes are made in senior leadership) - Fratty company culture

Pros

Sentieo is a company that truly allows it's employees to be real individuals who want to cultivate a strong, productive, energizing and inspiring environment. This is a startup that trusts it's employees to be intelligent well educated and proactive team members. Excellent benefits, great communication within the team, and amazing office locations are but a few more reasons why this company is amazing to work at it! If you want to be an active hands-on employee that still is allowed to have a healthy work/life balance then Sentio is a perfect fit for you.

Cons

The company is currently in a growth period which means that the transition from small business to actual professional company has been difficult getting up to speed. It's the growing pains of a small company turning into a large one. Basically, if you have an ego, think that you're always right, don't like pitching in, and listen to your coworker's input then this is not the place for you! The only other "con" per se is that the founders need to take a more active role in the day to day guidance/communication to the team. I think it's more that they were used to a small business with less of a leadership role/need for involvement prior.
