Pros
I have never worked for a company that cares so much about both its employees and clients. Sure there are some negative reviews out there, but at the end of the day you can't please everyone. The owner Cindy works non-stop day and night to ensure that everything is taken care of. She constantly hosts lunches, events, and the occasional pool party for her staff and their families, she never forgets a birthday, and keeps the office clean. There's a dog on staff, and there's a plant in every office. Everyone who works there gets along well, and it feels like a second family. If you ever have the opportunity to work there take it!
Cons
Property Management is stressful, you are bearded by owners, tenants, and board members. Everyone wants something and they want it yesterday. The job can be stressful, and can require extra hours. It's definitely not for everyone. That being said it can also be a very rewarding job, I guess it depends on what you make of it!
