great company bad teamwork - Security Sentinel Security Group Employee Review

This is a great company to work for. The management, and employees are task and goal oriented. Outstanding company to start a career in the security industry. Weekly hours are good.

Limited advancement opportunities. Lower end pay scale. Private contracts don't come up as often as I would like. You don't always get the first choice assignments right away.

The people you will at client sites.

The company does not care for you, or the work you perform for it. They literally just need a warm body.
