its a start up env so not for everyone

The team at Sentrana is extremely strong. If you work there, you will be surrounded by talented, dedicated individuals who are focused on creating success for Sentrana and its customers. All parts of the organization have tremendously talented team members. The company absolutely takes care of its people. There is a focus on creating a great work environment, opportunities for professional growth. Particularly for folks early in their careers, Sentrana offers great exposure and "step up" opportunities. Sentrana is at its best when it is focused on solving real world problems using advanced analytics. It is hard to find an organization that is better at the nuts and bolts of delivering solutions in this space, covering the business thinking needed to define the problem, the quantitative approaches that can solve the problem, and the technology that can deliver the analytics to the people that need them.

From a day to day perspective, the company can be a bit meeting heavy, but overall the work environment is great, colleagues are helpful, and the infrastructure is top notch. The company has been challenged to meet its potential (which is substantial) by an occasional lack of a focused business strategy. The innovative spirit that contributes to making Sentrana a great place to work can also lead the company to try too many things at once. This absence of focus has translated into slow growth.
