10yWe appreciate your feedback and take the input of our current and former associates seriously. We’re proud to employ many great associates at Sentry who have the potential and desire for professional growth, and we’re committed to providing all of our associates with the tools and resources needed to meet their developmental goals—everything from instructor-led classes to a variety of online resources. Regarding bonuses, since 2012, we’ve made new hires eligible to participate in our bonus plan during their hire year. New hires receive a prorated bonus for their first year in the plan. In addition, we provide a prorated bonus to associates who retire or are displaced due to reorganization. We’re sorry you felt that some associates were micromanaged. As the auto insurance market evolves, we’ve implemented changes in an effort to be more responsive to our customers and provide a better cost product to them. We understand that some of the changes have been difficult on our associates. We continue to balance our process improvements with our internal workflows while always striving to make good on the promise we make to each of our policyholders, as well as to each of our associates.
