Sentry Insurance is constantly reviewing our claim processes to ensure they best meet the needs of our policyholders while also providing them with the best value. Over the last several years, the auto insurance market has been constantly evolving due to rapid changes in technology and increased competition. In turn, we’ve made changes to our own auto claim processes to be more responsive to our customers and provide them with a better-cost product. We understand some of these changes have been difficult on our associates. We continue to balance our process improvements with the corresponding impact on our internal workflows while always striving to make good on the promise we make to each of our policyholders—as well as to each of our associates.
