Cons

If you are a learner who needs to see step by step then it may be hard to get what you need. This company values people using resources (can include coworkers) like online and read through the documentation to complete the position

Pros

Positive environment with a relatively small team. It's a very challenging position, and it can be quite fun solving different problems from day to day. The leadership team respects your off work time, and they work with you to accommodate your needs. Because the team is not huge, I get to work closely with the development team and QA on customer issues, feature requests and bugs.

Cons

The learning curve is steep. It can take a year to get fairly competent in the duties of the job, but you're not alone and everyone is willing to help.

Great work/life balance with the occasional need for overtime, nothing outrageous!

Cons

Sometimes seems likability trumps merit, which is a little disappointing.
