The employees care a lot & work very hard.
Salaries are excellent, but there is a reason for that so don’t be fooled, flashing cash is the only method the company has to attract people.

Where to start, red flags all over the company.
The chairperson is a narcissist who values no one, turns against & insults people who have an opinion & wants to keep good people in a small box. It’s mental warfare trying to work for him.
Senior management team are nice people, but there are issues coming from above them that are preventing them having any real authority or impact.
Appalling culture, questionable governance & damaging environment.
No reporting structure, standard work practices. Two of the 4 active directors are not capable.
Company has no identity & is very confused regarding what they are & do. It’s crazy, appear to want to be a master of all trades but a master of none.
Masquerading with the belief that they are something they are not.
