Antiquated work rules (non-union employees), resistance to technology, very slow pace of change and promotion, very little opportunity for people under 50 to move up the ladder, no flexibility offered to white collar employees, no paid maternity leave, no flexibility for HR to work with potential candidates to negotiate starting vacation time, top heavy management structure

If you come in as entry level engineer the only way to move from entry level to higher level position is to wait the prescribed number of years, which is 2.5 years, even if you came in with experience
