      Nepotism is rampant. Culture is toxic. It’s less about how good you are at your job and more about what you look like and who you know.

      If you come in as entry level engineer the only way to move from entry level to higher level position is to wait the prescribed number of years, which is 2.5 years, even if you came in with experience
