Pros

Friendly coworkers at this office location and nice headquarter facility in NC. Got a decent salary for not much work.

Cons

Working at Sequence comes with several notable drawbacks. Employees can often expect to wait several months without any assigned projects, resulting in periods of inactivity that can be frustrating and unproductive. During these times, the work provided typically consists of minor tasks for the headquarters location, which are usually performed remotely and independently, leading to feelings of isolation. Additionally, the Boston office is extremely small, requiring employees to work out of a conference room when they come into the office once a week. Furthermore, the nature of the job involves predominantly remote work or solitary office work, since most people do not come into the office besides one day a week, which reduces opportunities for team collaboration and can affect overall team cohesion.

Pharmaceutical consulting at Sequence is a highly rewarding career choice for those who want to learn quickly and gain experience across the many different cross functional areas of the manufacturing process. There is opportunity to work with a wide range of some of the world's largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in a variety of locations. Client timing for project start isn't always within our control, but because we hire our consultants as full time employees (not 1099) this means there is fully paid bench time when not assigned to a project. When this happens, we work hard to keep our consultants engaged through additional learning opportunities that contribute to larger organization goals and team involvement through cultural initiatives.

Pros

In the fight for the soul of our country, it is refreshing to be in a company that is NOT AFRAID to stand up for **REAL AMERICAN VALUES**. Real Christians who stand by our ** GOD-GIVEN LIBERTIES! ** I was on the fence about this place at first. But then a few years ago I saw how Mike really cleaned out and got rid of all the people who were keeping this company down. The Bible Study group is how I knew I was home. They wont be intimidated by the Woke Brigade that demands hardworking americans pander to them. The bar in the office tells yu that this is a place for REAL MEN who arent going to let scolds dictate how things are done in the field. After a long day you can golf and kickback a couple beers with other guys. If you think Affirmative Action is gonna get you in the door here THINK AGAIN They want REAL talent. As soon as you graduate from college you get in here and you hit the ground running Its fastpaced and you better keep-up. It's also very PRO family and I found it easy to encourage others to follow God's design and become hardworking fathers and loyal mothers. They understand that there are MEN and WOMEN. If youre a guy who wants to be able to raise a family and have the kind of traditional life that our country's Founders intended this is the place for you.

Cons

Not very excited about the AI partnering thing because it might put me out of a job
