The culture at Serios Group is one of its biggest strengths. The executive leadership team (ELT) are refreshingly open and honest, which creates a strong sense of trust across the business. Everyone is genuinely approachable, regardless of level, and it really does feel like a close-knit, supportive environment. There’s a great vibe day-to-day, with a positive working atmosphere that makes it enjoyable to come into work. Collaboration feels natural, and people are willing to help each other out, which makes a big difference. Compensation is fair and competitive, and the company clearly puts effort into keeping employees engaged. Social events are a highlight, they’re always well attended, Which says a lot about how much people enjoy working here and spending time together outside of work. There is also the benefit of exposure to a wide range of technologies and projects, which keeps things interesting and helps with personal development.

The pace of work can be quite fast at times, which may not suit everyone, particularly if you’re looking for a more relaxed or slower-moving environment. However, for those who enjoy being busy and challenged, this is more of a positive than a downside.

Great progressive and positive atmosphere amongst the whole company. Management and Exec are very approachable and value input from everybody. The work is varied between clients from different industries and there is a strong development culture meaning that you can progress a career in different directions. Their proprietary data solution is genuinely very impressive and one that the whole business is passionate about and gets behind. There is a strong feeling of growth ahead as we learn of more and more client engagements in the pipeline. They have a strong Grad program that brings in a good cohort of people that bring a youthful and democratic culture to the office and the organisation.

No major cons to list here, having previously worked in a 20K employee global organisation there was more established process and ways of working to learn from and some flexibility in the working week/month to commit to development time, there is less of this so far at SG - but on the flip side those ways of working are there for you to develop and there are plenty of learning resources.
