Pros

Excellent pay and benefits. Lot of potentials for professionals to grow in their career. Most of the departments functions like a flat organisation where junior employees can directly contact their senior VPs.

Cons

Even after six years of operation, Serus were not able to have a proper system for a new employee to learn themself. My performance was reviewed just after three months of my employement and was given low score which lead me to leave this job. They do not have HR and Finance department. Totally unprofessional way of functioning an office, No policies, no guidelines, no rules.

Pros

Some great talent a click or two away from the top, but much of the talent has left or will likely be leaving soon. Flex hours - very family friendly. Can be a very rewarding environment for cowboys and self-starters who are looking for lots of autonomy.

Cons

A very tough environment to succeed in. Vision and ambition are not enough to build a sustainable business on. No core competencies to leverage - no technology, no real product, and no software development process. Also too many cowboys and not enough Indians or team players.
