I normally avoid this type of thing, as I believe that sometimes jobs do not work out - but when you deal with a company as venomous as this one, you have a duty to ensure others do not follow. 1. CEO ignores employment and contract law and in my experience of being in client meetings with her, lies as a matter of course - first alarm bell. 2. No set organization or structure and a lack of accountability from C Level 3. The company, based on my viewings of dsmissal protocols, as a policy takes advantage of the fact that young employees generally do no understand their employment and contractual rights. 4. Many if not ALL of the commitments made (internally and externally) are based on false pretences. 5. Instances of firing people without cause and without following any form of procedure within the law. ***Do NOT take my word for it*** If you are a prospective employee - Pay attention to the reviews and go on Linkedin and search for employees and ask them yourself.. I do not wish to enter into detail and risk legal exposure but I will say...If you are a current or prospective investor - Demand an audit immediately - Not a "review" based on excel reports, but on actually billed numbers. As a business minded person myself, I normally support my fellow female entrepreneurs - but in this case, I can only advise that you do not go there at ANY level.

Pros

The environment is supportive, all colleagues are nice and very welcoming. At least from my experience, I feel like my opinion and ideas matter, my superior constantly asks for ways I think procedures can be done more efficiently. This startup is growing very fast, I can see growth opportunities within my department and also the creation of processes and policies are being stablished every day, which helps make everything run smoother.

Cons

It can be very fast paced and if not used to the startup environment, you can get overwhelmed.
