Will always back the Branch Managers whether they are right or wrong. Even when department is a revolving door of employees due to incompetent managers. If by chance an upper management person is terminated, its only because they are making executive level look bad, never because of the effects on the manager's staff. HR Dept needs to step up and do what an HR Dept should be doing. Do not brush situations under the rug.
