- Company is on the low end in terms of salary, raises/promotions are not organized well and can take months to even have a conversation about it - Management can get disorganized - Career progression is not very clear, if at all for roles other than Sales. Seems like you are there to perform one job for the rest of your time there - Location of the office is in a sketchy/sort of unsafe place - Office itself is not very appealing - No HR
