Pros

Good team and cohesion between certain departments.

Cons

Some people are just plain rude and not cooperative.... Raising of voice from certain individuals is commonplace in this company. This company will not help you to build your career long term.... the company is lost in 80-90s.

Cons

GM doesn’t even prepare a single slide for all meetings and copy paste outputs from AI RAW. Outsource everything he supposed to do but never his salary. Lack direction and clarity - Company is in this state because of the sloppiness and people are empowered to be lazy like the GM
