I dont have any cons.

I worked at ServiceMaster Clean for 4 years and had an overall amazing experience. From day one, I felt supported by both management and my team, and there was a strong sense of respect and accountability throughout the company.

The only con was having to be on call, which isn't really a con because that was a part of my job description. They also paid extra for it.
