Pros

When I first started with this company in 2009, it was a great place to work. At that time it felt like a family.

Cons

Around 2015, the company turned into a joke. Mass layoffs of the employees who had worked the hardest and advanced in the ranks, never ending management turnover, and lack of a coherent vision or direction destroyed the heart of this company.

Pros

There are lots of pros, positive work environment, nice and kind team to work with. Management is open and communicative and provides lots of support and training.

Cons

There really are not too many, restoration requires some long work hours, buts thats typical!

decent starting pay and company vehicle

Cons

Owners care more about supporting their lifestyle than anything. False promises, no basic training, daily threats, asked to commit insurance fraud, outdated equipment-vehicles-facilities. a "Do more with less" mindset. Try to nickel and dime their own employees by charging outrageous amounts for anything they "issue" you. If you leave without offering a two week notice, they drop your pay to minimum wage. Not enough work to keep you busy doing what you were hired for and they bounce you around performing whatever they want you to.
