Pros

You have the opportunity to work with a lot of great people who are super smart and really wants the company to succeed. Benefits are pretty great (but this is also a con!) Managers/leadership in certain departments are really good....and want to see you grow in the company! Opportunity for growth and growing in your department (but for specific departments)

Cons

BURNOUT! This company does not promote work/life balance...they will offer mental health days but to be honest these do not do anything! Most likely you are working on this day. The have a ton of unnecessary teams that they created within the past two years. And to be quite honest idk what many of them do. If you have a job in support....forget about it! You will stay in support...growth is non-existent for this department. Honestly feel super bad for this team. Everything is always breaking on the software and nothing ever gets fit....unless it's a major outage. Which most likely could've been avoided.

Pros

The benefits are solid, including stock options and unlimited PTO, though I didn't feel especially encouraged to actually use the time off. The C-suite has a clear vision for where the company is headed. Peers are genuinely good to work with, and there's a shared sense that people want to do well and want each other to succeed. It's a growing company, so the stock could carry real value over the long run if that growth holds.

Cons

Leadership at the department level was my main concern. In my experience, the management style made it hard to raise concerns or disagree without it affecting how you were viewed on the team. Direction was often unclear and expectations shifted, which made it difficult to know what success looked like. Over my time here I saw a lot of capable people leave, some by choice and some not, and the turnover lined up with those leadership gaps.
