Pros
If you want something, you can achieve it here. Not without making any effort or without resistance, but the doors are always open to good ideas. Most of my colleagues are really team-oriented, helpful and interested in sharing. I feel respected and valued - so far.
Cons
With more than 40 agencies it's easy to lose track of people and issues. And depending on the individual management the working atmosphere and the workload is very different.
