Everything else is a con, if you are instantly disliked this can be just because you may be quiet or don't dress like you're going to a nightclub to work then they will do everything to push you out of the company. Management are so biased and are 100% backed my HR and the CEO. Therefore if you have any issues there is no point going to management. Also if you are a newcomer and one of the management doesn't like you, you can say goodbye to being trained properly. Also management will treat you like you a peasant and will talk down to you anyhow and try to humiliate or have hissy fits if things don't go their way. One of the team leaders said ' they will step on anyone/back stab anyone to remain at the top' and take instances with mental health as 'an excuse' when you've plucked up the courage to ask for help with it.
