Pros
- SESC Rio is a nonprofit institution that organizes and promotes social activities for trade workers in the fields of culture, social education, sports and leisure, health and tourism. I worked in the Digital Media and Institutional Communication areas within Marketing Superintendence; - One of the best Pros is the mission to provide excellent activities, such as theater plays, movie exhibitions and children's sports school, for a low price ticket/fee or even for free (in some cases). This social mission of the institution is great and it is good to be part of it; - The Marketing Superintendence's team was very receptive and always helpful, behaving most times like a "big family" sharing the same vision and commitment to project's goal; - The salary and benefits were excellent (above the average in Brazil);
Cons
- The lack of agility compared to a private company, especially in hiring processes (third-party companies and new employees);
