      Pros

      SetFocus' goal is to help others. Help people find jobs. Help companies grow with new hires. In a down economy, we continue to offer a tremendous service to the unemployed community by helping them re-tool their skill set with training. If you like to help people - you'll love this company.

      Cons

      Honestly - other than day to day grind of working hard - its a fantastic place to work. Trust me - it could always be worse ;-).

      Pros

      Small company with friendly smart and very loyal people. Everyone is willing to help you out. Management seems open to new ideas and gives staff the freedom to try new things

      Cons

      Recession hit this industry very hard. Senior management not aligned, causing uncertainty within the rank and file.
