Pros
Working with a tight-knit, highly motivated team. Everyone leans in and helps each other, no matter what, no matter what time of day. It's everyone's innate MO to be as helpful and supportive as possible. Agile. If there is any negative feedback, management is quick to address it. For example, I saw on here that someone said that we tend to forget celebrating the small wins with our eye on the prize. This has changed dramatically as we now exclaim encouraging and confidence-building shout-outs to each other during our daily catch-ups.
Cons
Resources are limited, so there's a relentless need to make things happen on your own a lot of the time. This is definitely not for everyone and can take some getting used to. With leaning in means stepping out of your comfort zone a lot of times. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it make things a bit messy sometimes as you don't want to step on any toes, etc.
