      A little bit of creative work to do apart from that nothing really.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic work culture. Managers Nag you alot. Designers are extremely rude and cross question a lot. There is no work life balance. Working hours are only for name sake. There is no limit to the timings. Hierarchy based culture, no value to one as a person.
