      Great management staff, friendly and cooperative teams. Office area is full of great people with a friendly work environment. Work/Life balance encouraged among office staff.

      Cons

      Priorities shifted to upper management and higher up staff. Department not included in company wide changes or business processes. Lack of communication between most departments.

      Pros

      I truly appreciated the quick response and interview process provided. Meeting with the Talent team first provided great insight to the company and benefits provided. Then the continued availability and interaction as the process continued was priceless and welcomed.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. There were some scheduling hiccups but nothing that caused any negative issues.

      Pros

      Sevan is a place where I feel seen and heard when I bring up things I want to see or change. It is a very collaborative environment, and I love that I get to work with such a great team and wonderful managers. They explain, are very thorough, transparent and are here to help me grow. Overall, best place I have worked at by far!

      Cons

      I really have no cons at the moment. I know working remote can be difficult, but the company is finding solutions to help ease that and help us all gather at different times of the year.
