Company is very top. heavy. New Chief development officer position is redundant (for a company that is heavily in debt and plans to complete no BD deals). CEO comes across as fake progressive. ( really run like a company in the 70s) They talk about level one policy all the time. But It’s a marketing ploy vs a value! Over investment in pads, facilities. Built gold creek plant in 2017 with no volumes to fill. ( actually type curves were over inflated) Plant does not allow 3rd party volumes to reduce opex without major investment.
