Badly run. Full of back stabbers, liars and brown nosers. Patronising attitude from management, a bit like being at school. Totally unrealistic about whom they are, their place in the market and who their main rivals are. Management (and HR especially) are quick to bury their heads in the sand if a problem occurs that they don't like. Terrible blame culture. Abysmal remuneration and perks. Very brand orientated company, only interested in the impression they give out and not about the welfare of staff. Staff never consulted on anything.
