      The management is very supportive and professional. You get all the support in your work and they have good salary packages for employees

      Cons

      Project based job so there is limitation for job security. You may not be deputed to other country if your project ends

      Excellent Expertise / Technical skills within the organization Very friendly environment.

      Cons

      Very basic and limited employee benefits Adjustments in salaries happens randomly every few years, the increase is usually very minimum. No proper bonus scheme, happens randomly every few years. Salaries used to be good years ago, but failed to cope with the market/inflation.
