Pros
Some great caring employees, Many of the Doctors, Counsellors and staff care deeply for their clients and are there to make a difference in the lives of the children and adults they serve.
Cons
CEO is corrupt, intimidating, controlling, demeaning, belittles staff, causes distention between employees, starts and spreads rumors, pits employees against each other, lies to management regarding their staff to pit staff against supervisors, minimizes managements position to other staff members, lies to management regarding things that are imperative to their position...and I could go on and on. But the bottom line is if your looking for a management position I would highly recommend avoiding Shadow Mountain!
