Great Entry Level Position, Inability to grow - Collections Representative Shaffer & Associates Employee Review

Shaffer is super flexible with hours for their part time college students. The job has given me great professional experience. As a small business, they really really care about their employees. Highly recommend!

I love this job !

Offers a real world job that is not in typical retail positions for college students. Very flexible and understanding when it comes to student's schedules. Feel like a "family member" when working for Shaffer & Associates. Offers decent pay for student workers.

Work can be very redundant but that is just part of the job. Not a lot of movement when working as you work in front of the computer. These are the only two cons I can think of as this is a good place to work.
