      Poor management high turn over constantly understaffed poorly organized management is dishonest during hiring they dotn provide time for training there are no standard operating procedures.

      Free lunch on Saturday I guess

      Spoiled brat condescending sons of the owners who everyone disrecprs behind their backs. Rude Mr. Shaker (one of 4 owners) that doesn’t acknowledge people who let him have a yacht, private jet, mansion. No training for new Salesmen. Poor pay structure for sales. Revolving door of salesmen, general managers.
