- very helpful and collaborative team culture - Full WFH set up which leads to work life balance - exposure to different departments within the company (finance, logistics, etc.) - great work culture and environment
Cons
- not all PM and TL are adept to the system they are handling - low compensation and increase - not a good option to settle long term - structure and standard process are not yet established
