The work is not difficult. Work life balance is good if you are an assertive, smart person. If you don't stick up for yourself they will take notice and push you to work extra. Some is within reason, but most matters can be sorted on the next working day. Shabbat Friday's & Jewish holidays off...
Cons
...but don't even think about adding on extra PTO days onto Jewish holidays unless you're male and Jewish. Extreme micromanaging from all aspects (department and company wide) and a lack of empathy during the current on-going pandemic. It's a family business so family/family-friend favoritism is prevalent. Also, the building super is a perverted creep whom I've noticed makes very off colored comments toward young women. If you have thick skin and time to kill, you will be fine here.
