Pros
Getting to learn the all the steps it takes to smoke pork shoulders, ribs and chicken. You learn the dry rub recipes and how to slow cook with wood chips. The cooking experience was good and customer satisfaction was great.
Cons
The biggest down side working for Shanes was the no appreciation factor. You could be available whenever they needed and shine like a star. Still it was very difficult to get a raise or any kind of advancement to management and course no benefits.
