      Most of the clients and their families are nice. There is a divided team atmosphere - most of the folks in your team will help wherever needed

      Cons

      Catty posturing within the departments. If you're not on their team or within their clique, working happy becomes a challenge

      Lovely facility for residents, staff care for residents lovingly, activities and other events for residents

      Cons

      Management favours some people over others, facilities are well run but upper management isn’t involved in day today seem out of touch with reality.
