Thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest and critical feedback. At Shape, we are committed to creating an environment where our team feels comfortable and safe to share their concerns, no matter who they are or what their background is. We have weekly 1:1's with managers, bi-weekly All Hands with an open Q&A and an open door policy for employees to voice their concerns. No matter the role or department they are in, they know their voice will be heard. We are continuously making improvements based off the feedback our growing team has been giving us. We can't argue the gender imbalance on our technical team, however, we are invested in growing a diverse and equitable hiring pipeline.
