Pros
The company is moving forward and trying to generate new business instead of acting like an large aerospace company and catering to only one or two customers with low margin work and impossible delivery dates and costs.
Cons
There are still several "good old boys" in the company. The new GM is slowly figuring out who works and who hangs around, he is making changes, but is taking too long, he needs to move faster and get rid of the BS specialists.
