7yAs a growing company, we do ask for a lot from our employees and in return, we’re constantly looking at ways to enhance the employee experience. While it’s a work in progress, we’re currently actively focused on improving communication, and we’re expanding opportunities for colleagues to play a more active, exciting role in employee engagement.
